Presentation of the Mytishchi Fair. How we chased two birds and caught four. And let go, of course :
Goal
Available and visually tell about all the advantages and prospects for the development of the trading cluster
Objectives
Develop an updated presentation of the fair with a bright design and capacious selling texts
Implementation
Mytishchinskaya Fair is one of the largest trade clusters in Moscow, uniting more than 90 thousand square meters. m of retail and warehouse space. Our task was to make a cool presentation that would make an equally strong impression on customers, partners and senior government officials.
We already had experience in developing similar projects – in 2017, we made a marketing kit for the Food City agrocluster (the country’s main food site). Therefore, without hesitation, we took up the project for the Mytishchi Fair.
During the discussion of the project with the customer, we determined that the presentation should be bright, with non-standard and interesting slogans. It was proposed to replace some of the bulky text with infographics that would clearly and convincingly show the scale and social significance of the cluster.
Our main rule is that we always provide the customer with several concepts of future design. Therefore, we collected a mudboard of 5-7 references, on the basis of which we developed 3 unique concepts. Then we approved the final version and continued the layout of the presentation design.
We tried very hard to take into account all the wishes of the customer, correctly combining them with our professional view. The original presentation was decorated with illustrations and looked like a cartoon, so I wanted to add solidity. And we succeeded: we came up with an original slide concept for each trade direction of the cluster, added vivid live photos and a pinch of convincing text. On the way out, we got a spectacular presentation that does not let the viewer go from the first to the last page.
What difficulties did we face in the process and how did we solve them? Personnel changes in the customer’s company made their own adjustments: marketers changed like days of the week, and everyone came with new ideas and their own package of edits. Time and time again, we held another conference, approved a new structure and a new concept. In fact, we started over. So instead of one presentation, we had four. However, in our case, we decided to publish the very first, unapproved presentation. In our opinion, it turned out to be the most professional, bright and lively.
Result
Someone will say: “Work done four times more, in minus worked.” And we will say that we received a powerful experience and a series of cool presentations for class customers. We are proud of this project :
