Implementation
We were contacted by the network MFC “My documents”. Yes, the one in which you can issue a passport, register a business and enroll a child in a kindergarten. Request: Prepare an internal presentation so that employees can quickly and conveniently work with data and key metrics.
We immediately took into account the scale of the task, because the network "My documents" is:
-
9 million people receive services annually;
-
1.5 million applications per month;
-
200+ services in the “one window” format;
-
400+ centers in Moscow and the Moscow region.
With such a scale, even an internal presentation must look flawless—clear, structural, and in a uniform visual standard. Fortunately, for us, infinite zeros in scale are not constraints, but challenges. We know how to work with them.
How did we work? Received finished content from the client, including numbers, charts and graphs. And they began to design them strictly within the framework of visual standards approved in the brandbook: colors, fonts, infographic style.
A separate focus is convenience of perception. We made it so that even slides with a large number of tables and diagrams were comfortable to watch both on the big screen and at the desktop.
Result
The presentation became a working tool for internal communication. Employees are now more data oriented, and visual style supports a uniform level of corporate culture and professionalism.
For us, this project is about the internal aesthetics of business: when even official documents look like they are pleasant to use.
