How many people work on a project?
Every project involves at least six specialists: a marketing strategist, editor, art director, designer, illustrator and project manager.
Do you take on unusual projects?
Yes. In fact, complex bespoke projects are our speciality.
Do you deliver printed products, and how can I pay?
Delivery within Moscow:
RUB 300 for products weighing up to 5 kg.
RUB 500 for products weighing 5–10 kg.
RUB 1,200 for products weighing more than 10 kg.
Delivery to other regions:
Across Russia, the CIS or worldwide: RUB 300 plus the transport company’s fee (Pony Express or CAP).
Payment:
By card or in cash. Companies can also pay by invoice.
Is there a surcharge for urgent work?
We do not charge an urgency surcharge.
How much do I need to pay upfront?
Our standard terms require full prepayment. In individual cases, we can offer a 50/50 schedule: 50% after the agreement is signed and 50% when the project is delivered:
- the project budget exceeds RUB 500,000;
- we have an established long-term relationship with the client;
- the client is a public-sector organisation or major corporation with a formal procurement policy.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Discounts of up to 50% are available for long-term clients and high-volume orders.
What does the workflow look like?
Discuss the details → Pay a 50% deposit → Approve the project → Pay the remaining balance → Receive the source files.
How can I pay for your services?
You can pay by bank transfer or card.
How long will the project take?
The timeline depends on the project scope and objectives. Contact us using any of the options on the website, and we will confirm the details.
What are the stages of a project?
We begin with an interview and document your requirements. We then prepare a mood board and develop the design concept, agreeing each stage with you. Only after the concept is approved do we produce the complete project. Revisions are unlimited.
What information do you need from me?
To get started, please complete our project brief with:
- what you need us to create;
- key information about your company;
- your design preferences and project objectives.
What will I receive when the project is complete?
Once the design has been approved and paid for, we will email you the approved source files in several formats.
How many revisions are included in the price?
We do not limit the number of revisions.
How many design concepts will I receive?
We do not create several concepts in parallel. Our team develops one strong direction and refines it when necessary.
If the first concept does not meet your expectations, we rework the initial direction.
Can you design the project entirely at your own discretion?
Yes, but in that case we cannot guarantee that our creative vision will fully match yours. You will still receive a professionally executed design.
Can we meet in Moscow?
Yes. You can visit our Moscow office at 12 Presnenskaya Embankment, Federation Tower, 41st floor, during studio working hours. Please arrange your visit in advance so we can issue a building pass in your name. We also recommend confirming the meeting beforehand, as part of our team works remotely.
