Development of a presentation for an event agency, a company-builder of exhibition stands

The customer’s company is the largest event agency that organizes premium events. Among them:

• automobile exhibitions;
• fashion shows;
• International competitions (New Wave);
• business activities;
• birthdays, weddings, parties.

No room for error.

The client works exclusively with the premium segment. He planned to sign new contracts with major international organizations. We were given the task to create a presentation (by text and design), which will reflect the level of the company and catch the “big fish”.

It was necessary to develop a common corporate identity and design of two presentations on the organization of automotive events.

How we created the company’s “premium presentation”

The marketer made a portrait of the target audience of the premium segment. Then, at the meeting, we identified the main “strokes” of the concept:

• juicy, expensive photographs;
• brevity and simplicity of fonts;
• dark background;
• unusual illustrations;
• maximum specificity in the texts.

Despite the fact that the client provided ready-made text materials, the copywriter had to adjust them. Because even "premium design" won't save the middle-level text.

Let’s look at a few slides of how we managed to create a premium presentation composition.

Slide 1. Depicted expensive interior with slightly open entrance doors. We kind of invite the reader to join and create an association of something unusual, expensive and accessible only to a narrow circle of people.

(Incidentally, according to the client, the first slide caused a lot of interest.)

We didn't stick to the classic pattern: "Our services - benefits - your benefits, etc."

We visually show services and immediately disclose the benefits and bonuses of cooperation with this agency. One slide is a description of one service, with vivid, “live” photos and real facts.

Several illustrator designers designed the company’s “premium design” presentation.
Dark backgrounds, a lot of juicy photos, infographics, simplicity and conciseness of forms and fonts – all this was combined into a holistic visual image of a premium company working in the event field.
