Presentation of the music platform (app for listening to music)
Goal
Development of a presentation to demonstrate to investors, accumulation of money for project promotion
Objectives
Advertising for the app. Slides should attract attention, talk about the prospects and profitability of the project
Implementation
Millennium is the national music space. These guys have developed a unique music platform - an analogue of promoted services for listening to tracks:
- Apple Music;
- Spotify;
- Yandex music.
The developers presented their product to investors - raised money to promote the project. Accordingly, for effective meetings, they needed a good presentation of a music platform that would easily and clearly convey the prospects and benefits of investments. Even for those who care about the intricacies of the musical world, as before the moon.
It was about billions in fees.
On how competently and accurately each new screen will be created, the entire success of the startup depends. A million slide. You can't say otherwise.
By the way, this time the skill of our entire team was not required. All we needed was layout and design. Copywriters and marketers diverged to solve other problems.
Of course, it was not without difficulties. But that's what we're used to. This is our job, we chose it. We would like to create at home on the couch – we would sit in freelancers, and would not gather in the team of the strongest.
But with our ambitions, everything is fine, so the challenges are frequent guests in our office.
There.
The customer provided his text. Nothing, but there was a lot of text. Indecent.
And cut, remove, squeeze it was not allowed. The emphasis was that each slide should contain text. A custom music presentation threatened to turn into an information sheet, into boring newspaper strips.
And that was the main problem.
Why?
Because there was no room for design. No word at all.
And we rushed to find a solution. No one has left us without a great presentation!
How did we get out?
Without breaking the words, without throwing a single letter out of the song, we came up with a completely different structure. That was the way out of the deadlock. And in the end, it turned out to be 5+! There is plenty of room for both design and infographics.
Result
The presentation of the music platform, despite the abundance of text, came out neat and stylish. With her help, the guys managed to achieve their goal. And investors did not have to review the material 2 times from beginning to end. Contracts were concluded after the first review.
