Design of presentations for training of employees of Unicredit Bank

Registration of a series of educational events (lectures, trainings) from bank managers on the topic of human capital, personnel development (HR)

Develop a series of presentations for offline and online learning
Implementation
It was a very voluminous order. We did a lot of slides and we were really impressed that it was part of a single project. But let's be clear.
We were approached by UniCredit Bank. A series of lectures on staff training was being prepared, and a presentation was needed for each.
The lectures are quite voluminous, there is a lot of information. Presentations are needed as a bright addition and design of speeches to make educational activities more lively and help to absorb the material more easily.
The customer asked not to make them dry and boring, but to add humor, interesting associations, make more infographics. We are always for a creative approach, we love to get interesting big projects and new challenges, so we are happy to start working.
We had to connect most of the studio team because the amount of work was not for a couple of people.
- Read all the materials of 4 lectures
- Develop a general concept of presentation design
- Instead of ordinary stock photos, we selected frames from films, TV series, cartoons, suitable for the theme and mood of the slides, so that the material is better remembered in a friendly and humorous form.
- Masses of statistical data were transformed into bright and clear infographics
It took many days to create the presentations, the figures justify the large expenditure of time and effort:
- 4 topics for lectures
- 3 to 5 presentations on each topic
- over 400 slides in total.
Result
The efforts were not just not in vain, but work for the good, because the presentations we created now help train a large number of employees and, to some extent, facilitate the conduct of lectures to speakers.
