Objectives
Create 7 presentations in 7 days
Implementation
The SberLeasing Strategic Conference is the company’s most important event. Top managers sum up the results and talk about plans for the future. So when our long-time partners asked, “Can you make 7 presentations in 7 days?” we realized that we just couldn’t let them down.
First of all, they created the most numerous chat in the history of the studio - for 50 people. In order not to get lost in the messages, divided it into seven branches. Each had a head of direction, his team, SberLeasing marketers and our designers. Very quickly, each branch began to live its own life: calls, discussions, ideas, adjustments.
What was most interesting was how involved the speakers themselves were. Usually, managers agree on a ready-made presentation, and here everyone enthusiastically participated in the creation. For many, the performance was a debut, so I wanted to make it memorable.
And who says reports have to be boring? Executives entrusted us with their childhood dreams, and the result was some of the most unusual presentations of our portfolio. Peter the Great, Hummingbird, Space, Mountains, Ecosystems Sometimes it seemed that completely different projects were discussed in the neighboring branches. Although, to be honest, it was.
At the same time, behind each vivid image were reports in Excel, figures and tables. All this was important to turn into clear diagrams and graphs so that the main thing was not lost behind the spectacular presentation – meaning.
The picture was complemented by traditionally tight deadlines. During the day, the managers were busy, so calls began closer to eleven in the evening. But the excitement with which the whole team of SberLeasing joined in the work, made the project one of the most pleasant in our practice.
Result
In just one week, we created seven presentations, each of which became a story of its own with its own character and visual language. At the same time, they retained a single style and became part of one big event.
And we once again saw that even a strategic report can be looked forward to. Especially if it has a place of fantasy and good design.
