Development of a presentation for Gazprom Nedra
Goal
To tell the audience of the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Geophysical Research and Work in Wells 2022" information about the current activities of NPF "Tsentrgazgeofizika", the main directions of development, special product opportunities and global development prospects
Objectives
To develop for the conference a presentation on the activities of NPF "Centrgasgeofizika" Gazprom Nedra in the conditions of import substitution, which will describe the current activities and equipment, development prospects, as well as the main directions of development (well equipment, ground recording complexes, mouth sealing equipment, etc.)
Implementation
It happens that the task for our team is to create presentation slides with a fairly high degree of irony (this is higher than 65% on our personal joke scale). Sometimes she shouldn't be there. All of it! It's about this case!
We have known Gazprom for a long time. And not by logos at gas stations or news portals, as one might think. It's about working together. Previously, we developed projects for Gazprombank.
Once again, in the autumn of 2022, we were approached by specialists from a separate division – Gazprom Nedra. They had to develop a presentation for an international scientific and practical conference. At which the head of the branch will speak and talk about the products and special opportunities in the conditions of import substitution.
Autumn blues are not for us, as we were immersed in inspiring projects! So they were happy to help. And we were ready to properly design materials about the activities of the NPF "Tsentrgazgeofizika", which will be needed to speak to the audience in strict white shirts! In this way, we can help the speaker to shed light on such a noble and long-term goal as the development perspective.
The beginning of cooperation was easy. You know, in enterprises of global scale, usually any, even the microscopic stage of creating a product and making changes to its structure, takes forever. But not in this case. We were sent all the necessary data at the speed of light! Can you imagine that?
From the submitted files, we took texts and very important figures, which were placed on the slides. Number of prizes, patents, machine tools in current equipment, etc. About qualified employees and the year of foundation is not forgotten!
The next step was to approve the structure and text prototype. Then we made a few design sketches. It was necessary to implement them in accordance with the corporate style. In this case, two options were proposed that would suit the identity of the company. And we just know the meaning of shades of white and blue! Actually, as in the nuances of other tones. Gazprom Nedra has chosen one of the proposed variations.
At the final stage of approvals, we made some changes, namely, increased the fonts by several points and increased the level of exposure in some photos. And, in the end, the provided materials were folded! And very surprised. What is it? How fast the project is ready! Our work was approved as quickly as possible.
A few moments later…
One beautiful day, almost a year later, the customer again turned to us. How are we doing? Fill out a brief to create slides for a report at another event! This suggests that ordering presentations from us is simple and pleasant.
Result
We were able to create a presentation in which the correct and accurate facts are designed so that the viewer and listener easily perceive and absorb the necessary information. As a result, the activities, current equipment, groups of products for import substitution and the main directions of development of NPF "Centrgazgeofizika" are correctly displayed.
And the language of the facts is that we did it well. Because the customer turned to us with a new super-task to prepare a document for the next conference! Very proud.
