Goal
Development of a one-page website for a logistics company
Objectives
SIMPLEX turned to Veonix after working with Artemy Lebedev Studio. There for the company made a logo, but could not implement the site with the right budget. We took on the task of creating a website about the company from scratch - to visualize reliability and scale, to tell about the directions of activity and advantages, to focus on large, complex cases of cargo transportation, expertise and turnkey work throughout Eurasia.
Implementation
SIMPLEX transports secret, oversized and non-standard cargoes: helicopters, parts of nuclear power plants, cranes for shipbuilding, etc. Therefore, confidentiality and a balance between rigor and creativity were important when working. We met twice with a client in their Moscow City office to discuss the concept and the prototype. The client had his own vision, but our studio offered the most rational option that solves the tasks of the customer in the best way.
The client wanted to put a lot of content on the site, but it usually overloads a single page. We offered the best solution and structure. To assess the scale of SIMPLEX allows video cutting on the first screen of the site.
The central part of the site was occupied by cards with key loads and real photos from the workplace. A significant amount of time took processing the photo archive: to save budget, we proposed instead of too complex and time-consuming retouch to process the photo in a single style and color scheme using a filter.
The main colors are dark gray-blue and orange. These are the colors of highways, position lights and lighthouses - the company transports goods by land, water and air. And animation and dynamic scrolling attracts and makes you stay on the site longer.
Result
A minute is enough for potential partners and customers to study the site and decide on cooperation. The client liked the result so much that he returned to the studio to order a presentation.
