Landing for the Mikhailovsky Industrial Park. How we built a website in Chinese

We received an order from the Mikhailovsky Industrial Park. This is a facility under construction in New Moscow that creates a comfortable environment for manufacturing companies. The authors of the project have ambitious plans: they want to start a business empire. To do this, the park needs investors - the site will help attract them. And when the four-letter magic word sounds, we're right there. 

This is our second work with Mikhailovsky: earlier we made a presentation in Chinese for the park. With her, the customer went to China and spoke to investors. Everything went well, we were contacted again. Chenggōng! It translates as "success", in Chinese we are aces.

The target audience of the site are wealthy people who value their time. Moving through the tabs they are unlikely to be convenient, because of which they decided to create a landing page. It is a single page with a button for targeted action. We asked the user to become a resident and fill out a callback form.

Placed the main information on the start screen. It said:

• Park area;
• construction time;
• What area will the real estate occupy?

Further, they told about Mikhailovsky in more detail, emphasizing its advantages.

The first is an advantageous location. To prove this clearly, a map of Moscow and the region was drawn, an industrial park was noted on it. We counted how many kilometers from Mikhailovsky to the Central Ring Road, Moscow Ring Road, Minsk Highway and airports. So we made it clear that the enterprise can be located within 10 minutes from the key highways.

The second advantage is a developed engineering infrastructure. It should have been reported that reliable communications and work will be uninterrupted in the park. The premises are heated, constantly provided with electricity, water and gas.

The third is universality. The industrial park is suitable for any business. Agree, in this form the sentence looks abstract, in your head the image is not drawn. Therefore, we listed the real business models, backing them up with pictures:

• warehouses;
• trade;
• offices;
• public catering;
• recreation and sports areas.

We also highlighted what will help the companies in Mikhailovsky develop. The table was drawn up, it reflected the proposed conditions: from state support to an individual approach. We also made a map of the industrial park itself, which is interactive. If you hover over the line number, the corresponding block lights up on the circuit.

The cherry on the cake is a Chinese version of the site. The industrial park attracts international investment and focuses on the Chinese market. Therefore, the Cyrillic alphabet on the site by click turns into hieroglyphs.
