Goal
Ensure wide recognition and recognition of the web application for recruitment and evaluation of personnel. Promote it in the HR environment, large corporations and companies with a large staff

Implementation
The company that decided to order the interface of the analytical platform is located in Innopolis (a young satellite city of Kazan, an analogue of the famous Silicon Valley of the United States). This is an informational (100% autonomous) city where IT developers live and work. There is everything you need to live comfortably with whole families:
- university;
- school, kindergarten;
- shopping, medical and sports centers.
And in the evenings, tired computer geniuses stroll along Quantum Boulevard and dream about their discoveries!
So, the leading company Innopolis attracted large investments and developed an advanced analytical platform for staff selection and evaluation.
We were entrusted with part of this project, namely, the design of the interface of the analytical platform to order.
Moreover, the task was to implement UX / UI design (User Experience / User Interface - a complex type of design, in which the appearance of the interface is as important as the usability of the program).
We designed the web interface of an entire application with analytics and reporting in mind.
The work was very difficult, mainly because it was based on precise mathematical calculations. We had to calculate a lot of different parameters:
- charts;
- filters;
- algorithms.
Analyze, predict, imagine what it will look like at the time of use.
In short, the project was very difficult, but at the same time interesting!
Result
As a result, all our layouts were laid down in the working version of this platform. It turned out to be an excellent and convenient application for staff assessment, which, as planned, won many hearts of HR-rs. The popularity of the program is growing day by day, facilitating the hard work of HR specialists.
