Landing for the cottage village "Borodino Village". How we went to visit the customer

"Borodino Village" - a cottage village in the Moscow region, where civilization managed to catch up with nature. Imagine you're in a cozy house with no neighbors with a 7 a.m. punch. Around the whisper of age-old trees, outside the window there is a murmuring song of birds. Yandex Shop already brings you a hot burger, and the local store is a two-minute walk away offering fresh croissants.
The village needed a website. We have a whole portfolio of such projects, so the company turned to our studio. Cottages should be presented to families who value comfort.
Since the customer planned to launch advertising in Yandex Direct, we agreed to make a conversion page in the form of a landing page. In addition, they did not upload the user with information to prompt them to perform a targeted action. We talked about the benefits:
-
transport accessibility;
-
ready engineering communications;
-
concept of houses in the style of alpine chalets;
-
quality materials;
-
A good trade-in purchase.
To appreciate the atmosphere in Borodino Village personally, customers invited the creative director of Veonix to visit. He armed himself with the team's ideas, with a laptop, and went on the road. On the way, I realized that it was really convenient to get to the village.
On arrival, the inspiration came instantly. We decided to design in natural shades, but with a hint of modern infrastructure. The director wandered between the cottages, appreciated the forest, which is like a picture in Pinterest. I looked over the croissant and talked to the locals.
So there was a landing with a natural color scheme. It creates a sense of naturalness and comfort, without turning the site into a manual on botany. We chose these shades:
-
Deep green is a needle.
-
Warm brown is a tree.
-
Soft beige is skin.
We picked up the pictures. The village was shown at different stages of construction, the forest in the morning and evening, at home in summer and winter. Demonstrated the layout: indicated the area of houses, the number of floors, bedrooms and balconies.
We developed an interactive map of the village. The plots are illuminated with different colors reflecting the status: for sale, purchased, booked. Click on the field and immediately see the price, photos, area, cadastral number.
The site was also moved to the content management system “1C-Bitrix”. We set up an administrative panel, optimized the site for further promotion and advertising.
