Consent to Personal Data Processing
Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree, stop using the Website and do not submit your personal data through its forms.
Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming that I have legal capacity, I consent to the processing of personal data (the “Consent”) on https://veonix.ru and its subdomains (the “Website”) by Sole Proprietor Viktor Vladimirovich Nekrasov, Tax ID 710407135800, Primary State Registration Number 317715400000700 (the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”), on the following terms:
1. This Consent covers personal data processing both with and without automated means.
2. This Consent applies to the following processing purpose and personal data:

3. The following operations may be performed on personal data: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update or alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision or access), restriction, deletion and destruction.
4. Personal data processing may include transfer to third parties, in particular those identified in advance by the Operator in Section 4 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written statement to info@veonix.ru, or an electronic statement signed in accordance with the electronic-signature laws of the Russian Federation.
6. If Consent is withdrawn, Sole Proprietor Viktor Vladimirovich Nekrasov may continue processing personal data without consent where permitted by paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1, Article 6; Part 2, Article 10; and Part 2, Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006.
7. This Consent remains valid until processing of the personal data referred to in clauses 2 and 5 ends.
