Personal Data Processing Policy

We take the protection of your privacy and personal data seriously. Please read this Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) to understand why and how we process your personal data and how you may exercise your rights.
1. About this document
1.1. This document sets out the policy of Sole Proprietor Viktor Vladimirovich Nekrasov, Tax ID 710407135800, Primary State Registration Number 317715400000700 (the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”) regarding personal data processing on https://veonix.ru and its subdomains (the “Website”). It also describes the measures implemented by the Operator to protect personal data and the rights and freedoms of individuals whose personal data is processed.
1.2. This Policy applies to data obtained through the Website.
1.3. In accordance with Part 2, Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006 (the “Personal Data Law”), this Policy is made publicly available on the Operator’s Website and at every point where personal data is collected on the Website.
1.4. All personal data processed by the Operator is confidential.
1.5. The Website is not intended to process the personal data of minors.

2. Terms used in this Policy
2.1. The following principal terms, definitions and abbreviations are used:

2.2. Any other terms used in this Policy are interpreted first in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and then according to their generally accepted meaning on the internet.
3. Purposes and retention periods
3.1. The purposes of processing, categories and list of PD, categories of data subjects, methods and retention periods are set out in the “Register of Personal Data Processing Activities” appended to this Policy and may be updated by a separate order of the Operator.
3.2. Personal data is processed only for specific, predetermined and lawful purposes. Processing that is incompatible with the purposes for which personal data was collected is not permitted.
3.3. The Operator may continue processing personal data without the data subject’s consent where permitted by Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
4. Personal data processing procedure and conditions
4.1. Processing by the Operator may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update or alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision or access), restriction, deletion and destruction of PD.
4.2. To provide and improve our services, we may transfer information about you to the following third parties:

4.3. The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, destruction, alteration, restriction, distribution and other unauthorised actions, including:
- approving documents governing personal data processing and protection;
- storing personal data in conditions that ensure its security and prevent unauthorised access;
- conducting internal monitoring and audits of compliance with Russian personal data law.
4.4. The Operator has established the following rules for personal data that a data subject has authorised for distribution:
- transfer to an unlimited number of persons is prohibited;
- processing by an unlimited number of persons is prohibited;
- the personal data obtained may not be transferred through information and telecommunications networks.
5. Rights of personal data subjects
5.1. A personal data subject has the right:
- to access their personal data;
- to have their personal data corrected;
- to have their personal data restricted or deleted;
- to challenge our actions or omissions before the relevant regional office of Roskomnadzor;
- to challenge decisions based solely on automated personal data processing;
- to withdraw consent to personal data processing.
5.2. A User may request clarification on any issue concerning the processing of their personal data.
5.3. Requests must be submitted as follows:
- Send the request to info@veonix.ru.
- Use the email subject “Personal Data”.
- Include your full name; identity-document details; information confirming your relationship with the Operator and the fact that your data is processed; and your signature.
5.4. We respond within 10 business days after receiving a request.

7.4. Consent is deemed given, and this Policy is performed, at the Operator’s location. The laws of the Russian Federation govern the relationship between the Operator and the User regardless of the User’s location or the equipment they use.
