• we enter into a formal agreement with both companies and individual clients
• we clearly define our responsibilities, deliverables and obligations
• we accept cash and bank transfers, while individual clients can also pay securely online

Our standard terms require full prepayment. In individual cases, we can offer a 50/50 schedule: 50% after the agreement is signed and 50% when the project is delivered:

• the project budget exceeds RUB 500,000
• we have an established long-term relationship with the client
• the client is a public-sector organisation or major corporation with a formal procurement policy
