Presentation of investment potential of Tula region

The main competitive advantages of any investment platform are figures, figures, figures: tax benefits, infrastructure characteristics, number of residents, distance to the main markets.

The analytical information received from the customer about the investment potential of the region had to be systematized, simplified and reflected in infographic format. In the presentation of the investment potential, it was decided to allocate a separate slide for each competitive advantage in order to freely place information on it and support it with the necessary figures and graphics. The project of planning the investment site (industrial park and special economic zone) together with the characteristics of the infrastructure took a turn.

To reflect the favorable geographical location of the special economic zone, the designer proposed to reflect the location of the site on a 3D map of the region, indicating neighboring major cities, federal highways and the distance to Moscow - the main market.

Such a visual presentation of information allows you to get a clear idea of the advantages of site location and transport accessibility at a glance.

So what happened in the end?

Difficult to read the text on the characteristics of the investment site was reworked into graphic material. A separate slide is allocated for each section: tax preferences, profitable logistics, competitive advantages, infrastructure, as well as a reversal with the map of the investment site layout. A bright background, a large clear font, a small amount of photographic material and a large amount of free space allow you to focus on analytical information and figures.
